Where We Deliver

Belfast Beard Company currently delivers to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all UK orders.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the next working day after they are placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday, weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact us using the Contact Us form on our website.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form. We will try to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is missing, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please report it using our Contact Us form. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, we may also ask for photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
